Ryan A. Webber focuses his practice primarily on Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Life Care Planning. His clients range from young families concerned about protecting their family as well as aging individuals. Ryan provides Estate Planning, Trust Planning, Special Needs Planning, Public Benefit Planning, and Estate Administration. Ryan focuses on the holistic approach to the practice of elder law which seeks to ensure clients are receiving good care when needed and that they preserve enough assets with which to pay for such care. Many families and individuals also come to Ryan for preparation of their wills, power of attorney, and healthcare guidance documents. Ryan is also an accredited attorney with the United States Department of Veteran's Affairs.
Ryan received his LL.M. in Elder Law from Stetson University College of Law in 2021. He is also a 2010 graduate of Widener University Commonwealth School of Law where he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society.
Further, Ryan is a 2007 graduate of Lebanon Valley College in Annville, Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Political Science and Minor in Law & Society.
Ryan is active in his local community as a Community Educator with the Alzheimer's Association, a member of the local Masonic Lodge (West Shore Lodge #302 F&AM), a former Board Member of the Life Care Planning Law Firm Association, and a former Board Member of the Downtown Mechanicsburg Partnership. Ryan also regularly conducts speaking engagements and public seminars to educate the public on the complex challenges facing individuals as they age.
Kristi is a 2001 graduate of Briarcliffe College in Patchogue, New York with an associates degree in Office Technology with a concentration is Legal Assistance. During the course of her college education, she interned with the Suffolk County District Attorneys Office.

Kristi went on to graduate Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Long Island University in 2009. She finished with a GPA of 3.95 and interned with a local law firm while attending classes at night.
She further obtained her Paralegal Certificate in 2019 from Eastern Suffolk and brings over 16 years of legal experience to Webber Law.
Kristi currently resides in Enola with her two children and enjoys watching football, her family, and baking.

Bradley C. Baird is a native of northeastern Pennsylvania, where he graduated from Lake Lehman High School in 2003. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Industrial & Labor Relations at Cornell University in 2007. While at Cornell, Attorney Baird was the captain of the Varsity Cross Country/Track team, and a member of the Spiked Shoe Society & Senior Leadership Society. He was also an Individual Ivy League Track Champion in the 3k Steeplechase.
Following his graduation from Cornell, Attorney Baird moved to Harrisburg to attend Widener University School of Law and graduated in 2012. During his time at Widener, he served as President of the Widener Law Running Club, and was the co-chair of the school’s Relay for Life event.
Attorney Baird was also an active member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society, participating in both the 2011 ATLAC Trial Competition in Pittsburgh and the Hugh B. Pierce Mock Trial Competition held in Harrisburg in the spring of 2012. Upon graduation, Attorney Baird entered into private practice at two Central PA law firms.
After spending several years at home raising his children, Attorney Baird returned to private practice in 2022 with a focus on Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Criminal law, Family law, Real Estate and Title, and general civil litigation. He now focuses exclusively on Estate Planning and Estate Administration and is very passionate about these areas of the law.
Attorney Baird is licensed to practice in both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Cumberland County Bar Association.
