Special Needs Planning

A supplemental needs trust is a specific type of irrevocable trust that can be established when a beneficiary is disabled.  These trusts are useful to preserve assets for a disabled beneficiary when the beneficiary is receiving government benefits or could receive government benefits in the future.  Our attorneys are experienced at working with disabled clients and elderly clients with disabled beneficiaries to incorporate these types of trusts into the clients’ estate and long-term care plan.
